In his role as Stage Manager, Fred is an important part of our Managed Services Team, managing our software sales, our AWS Cloud servers, our video productions, and much more, including software installations, server set-up, and internal communications.
Fred has also performed professionally as an opera singer with the Dallas Opera, and onstage in a variety of musical theater productions. Fred holds a Bachelor of Music degree in Vocal Performance from Dallas Baptist University. Fred and his wife have been married for over 30 years, and they have ten children, and four grandchildren.
As a Technician on our Design & Documentation team, Lynette is our in-house artist and illustrator. Whenever we need something to be beautiful, charming, delightful, or cute, we turn to Lynette. This has led to her contributions to our UI/UX design work, illustrations and animations for presentations and software documentation, infographics, all the character drawings here on our Team pages, as well as designing our offices and workspaces.
Lynette holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a concentration in painting and drawing from Texas Women’s University. She plays the classical bass, and also gives private music lessons.
Driven by a deep love for crafting user-friendly interfaces and excellent user experiences, Jean skillfully combines his technical expertise in software development with an inquisitive approach to create – wireframes, prototypes, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver creative solutions to complex problems.
Jean has been married to his wife, Elodie, since 2022, and his hobbies include reading, the cinema, drones, and learning about new technologies.
As a Technician on our Application Technologies team, Jonathan is engaged in developing and designing complex applications and custom components using React, React Native, Nodejs and various other technologies while following common security practices and development design patterns, and ensuring performance, quality, maintainability of applications, as well as building functionalities of user interfaces, backend processing and connectivity, and relational database interactions.
As an engineer on our Low Code Team, Alex provides skilled development in Claris FileMaker Pro, participating in delivering solutions that delight our clients. Alex has been working with FileMaker for over ten years.
Alex holds a BA in English from the University of North Texas. Alex is a trivia buff, and co-hosts a podcast about movies. He and his wife, Jenna have been married since 2020.
As an Engineer on our Low Code Team, Brian specializes in Swift, Cloudkit, and Claris FileMaker Pro. Brian is one of the innovators of SWIFT with FileMaker, and has presented on the topic to several groups including Dallas FMPUG.
Brian studied music at the University of North Texas and at Richland Community College.
As an engineer Harmonic’s AppTech Team, Anthony is a key asset to our team of React, MySQL, PHP and web developers. He’s the kind of leader who works alongside his team, and to the rest of us, what he does often looks like magic.
In his role as Sales Engineer, Paul coordinates Harmonic’s marketing and business development efforts.
As an Engineer on our Low Code Team, Paul shares both technical expertise and mentorship with the other developers on the team. He works to foster our collaborative environment, while providing top-notch quality software within schedule and budget.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from The University of Texas at Arlington, and an Associate of Applied Science degree in Interpreting & Translating from the Community College of the Air Force. He is a veteran of service in the U.S. Air Force. Paul was a presenter at the 2018 FileMaker Developer Conference in Grapevine, Texas, at the 2023 dotfmp.berlin conference in Berlin, Germany, and to FileMaker Pro User Group meetings in both Dallas and Chicago. He has been working with Claris FileMaker Pro since 1998. Paul has been married to his wife, Karie, since 1995, and is the father of six children.
As Director of Harmonic’s Design & Documentation Team, Eric tends to get involved in almost every project, before, during, and after the development phase. His team makes our interfaces look good and helps map out the required features for our work. Eric has also been selected as a speaker at the upcoming Claris Engage 2024 conference.
Eric enjoys a variety of both active and intellectual hobbies, including philosophy, psychology, hiking, camping, and working out. Eric holds a Bachelor of Music degree in Church Music from Belmont University. He plays the oboe.
As Director of Harmonic’s Low Code Team, Daisy coordinates much of our software development efforts, setting goals, providing guidance and feedback, and making sure everyone is on schedule, within budget, and up-to-date on everything that’s going on. Her leadership is key to our success.
Daisy holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the Keller Graduate School of Management, and a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from Wayland Baptist University. Daisy was a presenter at the 2018 and 2019 FileMaker Developer Conferences. Her passions are soccer, and hitting the beach at Galveston. She is the mother of two sons.
As the Expert on our Design and Documentation Team, Heather brings her development chops and her graphical interface design skills to bear in helping to conceive and design professional-looking and sophisticated software solutions to support every sort of business process. She has been a presenter at the FileMaker Developer Conference repeatedly, as well the 2022 Pause on Error conference, and other gatherings. She has also been selected as a speaker at the upcoming Claris Engage 2024 conference.
Heather also enjoys baking elaborate cakes for weddings and other occasions. She and her husband Bill raised five children, and are the proud grandparents of seven.
As the Showrunner of our software production “studio”, Bob’s work on the Business Practices Team is indispensable. Bob is an administrator, manager, facilitator, and communicator. He keeps us all on track, and is always looking for ways to help us improve as a company, and as individuals.
Bob holds a Master of Science Degree in Chemistry and Mathematics from The University of Texas at El Paso. Bob and his wife, Carol, have three children and four grandchildren.
Matt is a co-owner of Harmonic, and serves as Director of the Managed Services Team. In that role, he oversees server administration, network security, performance monitoring, and much more. Matt lends his considerable experience in complementary technologies to the AppTech team, and shares his guidance, mentorship and project management skills with the whole company.
Matt holds a Bachelor of Music Degree in Music Composition from Wheaton College. He and his wife, Debbie, have two children.
Steve is co-owner and President of Harmonic, and serves as Director of the Business Practices Team. In his multiple roles, Steve is involved in virtually every aspect of our operation. He is uniquely skilled in identifying a client’s needs and determining how best to fulfill them, often perceiving the real need and understanding the right solution before anyone else. Steve still does development himself, as well as collaborating with the development teams, providing consultation services to clients, and everything else that goes with being the president of a small company. Steve presented at the 2020 Claris Engage Conference, the 2019 FileMaker Developer Conference, and to numerous other audiences and occasions.
Steve’s favorite hobby is construction work, and he’s been remodeling his house for something like ten years now. He holds a Bachelor of Music Degree in Music Composition from Wheaton College. Steve and his wife, Heather, are the parents of four children.
